INFN (CNAF) Yes H.320 (Ezenia ISDN MCU), VRVS. Also H.323 but not in production. Self-service scheme, easy for CODEC, more complex for IP One ISDN CODEC room per INFN site VRVS, H.323 VRVS (VIC, RAT) & H.323 (Netmeeting) ISDN MCU - 2 people but only 20% FTE; VRVS - 10 people but only small FTE New ISDN CODECS now are H.323 (over IP) compliant and it could be the
way to make IP Videoconferencing as easy as ISDN is.

VRVS is recommended for multi-point and VRVS users can get support.by email VRVS software tools suite 1 CERN technician, 1 outsourced FTE for assistance to users, 10% of one engineer, 1 Associate to help VRVS project and support, 1FTE of Telephone Standard team for interfacing/reserving ISDN MCUs, fraction of one staff for ISDN backcharging.  All PCs, except one Polycom Viewstation model MP (i.e.with ISDN multi-point capability). Note: increasing number of audio-conferences using CERN PABX, supported by Telephone Standard team (about 50 per week).
NERSC Yes ISDN (H320) and IP (H323), Access Grid 3 rooms with both ISDN & IP, 1 portable unit can be set up on request plus 2 Access Grid Rooms 3 additional rooms with both ISDN & IP workstation+webcam support for VRVS, plus, as above, portable ISDN&IP per request VRVS software tools suite 3 Access Grid Operators in training + technical support for the Access Grid equipment, + there is a group to support ISDN (H320) and IP (H323)
Fermilab Yes H.320 & H.323 Videoconference assistance can be requested in many conference rooms. 13 on-site video conference rooms, all but one multi-purpose, plus one desktop unit. No centralised desktop support. IP pt2pt available using conf. room Polycom ViewStations, limited IP multipoints, VRVS handled by individual users on desktops and in v/c rooms. 1 FTE for video conference resource scheduling (ISDN), central video conference support and technology R&D.
